# Hướng dẫn quản lý đơn hàng

**Bước 1**: Truy cập website trường học dạng subdomain.truonghoc247.vn và đăng nhập. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, màn hình chuyển đến giao diện dashboard.

**Bước 2**: Tại cột menu trái, giảng viên click vào Đơn hàng. Danh sách Đơn hàng hiển thi ở giao diện chính.

**Bước 3:** Tại màn hình Danh sách, click vào nút "Thêm đơn hàng". Popup hiện ra, vui lòng nhập các thông tin bắt buộc.  Sau đó click "Thêm" để hoàn tất thao tác.

Ngoài ra, giảng viên có thể thực hiện các thao tác sau:

* Click "Chi tiết" ở cột Thao tác hệ thống sẽ hiển thị popup để chỉnh sửa danh mục đơn hàng.

Giảng viên chọn Trạng thái thanh toán để thay đổi trạng thái thanh toán đơn hàng thủ công sau khi đã được thanh toán.&#x20;

Click "Gửi mail" để hệ thống gửi email chứa **Mã kích hoạt** khóa học online cho học viên. Hoặc giảng viên có thể gửi mã kích hoạt cho học viên qua các kênh bất kỳ có thể liên hệ với học viên.
